The tab strip

Everything opens as a tab: agents, terminals, browser pages, and file views. Tabs show a live status icon (or the page's favicon), rename on right-click, close with ✕ or ⌘W, and drag to reorder. The + menu at the right end starts a new Agent, Terminal, or Browser, or resumes a session; next to it sit the Tasks and Files panel toggles.

Jump around with ⌘1–⌘9 (9 is always the last tab) and cycle with ⌘⌥← / ⌘⌥→.

Split panes

Drag a tab onto the edge of a pane to split — agent on the left, terminal or browser on the right is the classic setup. Splits resize by dragging the divider, get a shared accent-colored chip in the tab strip, and collapse into a group card in the sidebar. ⌘D opens a new agent as a split beside the current pane.

Terminal

Terminal tabs are real shells over a native PTY — full color, cursor apps, and all. A terminal opens in the current session's folder (including its worktree), and keeps running when you switch away. The bundled Run Command plugin adds a Run button to shell code blocks in transcripts, which opens a terminal at the session's folder and executes the block.

Browser

Browser tabs use your OS-native webview — fast, light, and not a bundled Chromium. You get back/forward, reload, an address bar, and zoom controls; pages that open new windows get their own browser tabs. With the Open Links In-App plugin enabled, links in transcripts open here instead of your external browser — handy for previewing the dev server an agent just started.

File views

Clicking a file in the Files panel's All files tree opens it read-only in a tab of its own — diffs live in the review flow instead.

Per-tab text zoom

⌘+ / ⌘− scale the transcript and composer text of the current tab — each tab remembers its own zoom.
